In two days, I'm going on holiday for a month. I'm getting onto a plane and flying to Canada. I'm excited by this (obviously) and delighted by the prospect of meeting friends and resting for the first time in a long time. The pause in posting on this blog has mostly been because I didn't have anything new to report.
I mean I watched the latest season of Vox Machina and **INSERT SPOILERS** Summary: It gud, go watch. ;)
I've been playing computer games but on a limited scale because my wrist hates me. How do you "rest" your dominant hand damnit?! And I blind type. What do you mean one-handed typing should be done? Harrumph!
I've been playing TTRPG games at the same pace as before and it's been going really well. Part of this holiday will be spend prepping more mayhem for my players. And part of this holiday will be spent meeting some my players face-to-face. That's both exciting and anxiety inducing, but then again... what isn't to me?
I haven't watched much else in terms of movies or TV series. Honestly, 80% of my free time tends to get swallowed up by either computer games or TTRPGs.
So what am I taking with me to Canada? I'm still trying to finish Justin Alexander's So You Want to be a Game Master after two years... So that's going with. I also want to play some Cartograph, so I am taking that notebook with. And then my homebrew notebook of thoughts. Oh and my dice, of course. Why would I leave that behind?
I do have some more mischief that I did in June that I would like to share. I got tattooed again in something of a marathon weekend. Two of the three tattoos are homebrew related.
What else is news-worthy? Uhm... nope. I think that's all that comes to mind at present.
